Save Africa is a women's only organization. The group is comprised of widows who are mostly intersted to change the society in one way of the other. They have mainly used the rich self aquired talents and are taching each other to share their knowledge amongst themselves before inviting more training. A peep into their basket of knowledge shows a lot to admire. They mainly make beadworks, baskets and sandals.Members have been very commited despite having no capital base or external support the group is eager to go on. Esther Odera is the group's chair lady she tell of the misery through which some of the members have passed through. Some have been casted out by their community, but here they meet to do something with a difference.With their positive minds and their hopes to go on they have always seen new days. She also tells of how they attended a burial for one of their member and the body was not welcomed to the home, she was considered an outcast.However the many who have taken their ARVS regularly have a reason to smile of improved health conditions. We have one life; as long as you are still alive make a change.
